Q: How do I request additional space?

A: You can contact your Property Management Team to assist with putting you in contact with the correct person.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Through the building app to place a service request.

Q: Where can I park?
A: The Aleck at 1400 L Street has has a dedicated parking garage, primarily reserved for building occupants and visitors. The garage can be accessed via the main entrance by turning into the driveway off of L street.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters are not permitted at the building due to the additional electrical load they draw and potential fire concerns. Please let the management team know if you are experiencing hot or cold conditions, and we can adjust your space temperature as needed.

Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: All requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through our work order system at least two business days in advance of the desired timeframe.
