The Aleck at 1400 L proudly offers a unique workplace experience with customized amenities including a conference room, lounge, terrace, fitness center and wellness center.

Conference Center

The 1400 L Conference room, located on the third floor features one large room with the ability to be split into two smaller rooms. Reservations can be made on the building app or through the building web dashboard.

Lounge

The 3rd floor lounge offers additional space for collaboration or relaxation.

Terrace

Step outside and enjoy a fresh air on the 3rd floor outdoor terrace situated on the corner of 14th and L. It includes outdoor seating and greenery.

Fitness Center

The state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the C1 level and features a yoga studio, pelotons and free weights.

Wellness Center

The Wellness Center features two private workout rooms equipped with Mirrors and free weights, in addition to three wellness rooms designed for relaxation.
